Welcome to Mobile Detailing Company. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services Provided
Mobile Detailing Company offers professional mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to:
• Exterior and interior detailing
• Paint correction
• Ceramic coating
• Headlight restoration
• Engine bay cleaning
• Steam cleaning
• Carpet and seat shampooing
• Pet hair removal
• Paint sealants
Services are performed at the client’s location using the client’s water and power supply unless otherwise arranged.
SMS Communication Disclosure
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Mobile Detailing Company related to your appointments, service updates, and promotional offers.
• Message types may include service confirmations, reminders, updates, limited-time offers, and other marketing or informational content.
• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Appointments & Scheduling
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or text.
• Arrival times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen delays.
• A vehicle must be accessible and ready for service at the time of the appointment.
• If the vehicle is not accessible or the client is not present, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a charge up to 50% of the service price.
Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon completion of the service.
• We accept debit/credit cards only
Client Responsibilities
• Client must provide access to a working water spigot and electrical outlet (unless otherwise arranged).
• Vehicles with excessive pet hair, stains, or biohazard conditions may incur additional fees.
• We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage (e.g., worn fabrics, cracked plastics, or oxidized paint).
Satisfaction Guarantee
• If you are not fully satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours of the service and we will make it right.
• Refunds are issued at the discretion of Mobile Detailing Company based on the situation.
Liability
• Mobile Detailing Company is fully insured.
• We take all necessary precautions when servicing vehicles, but we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or mechanical/electrical issues unrelated to our services.
• Client assumes responsibility for valuable items left in the vehicle.
Service Area
• Our primary service area includes Northern California cities such as Sacramento, Folsom, Elk Grove, Stockton, Lodi, Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, and surrounding areas.
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.
Changes to Terms
Mobile Detailing Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
